Transwestern Real Estate Services closed the sale of 5600 Professional Center at 5600 W. Brown Deer Road in Brown Deer, Wisconsin.
The property, which was 100 percent leased at the time of the sale, was purchased for $1.9 million by Aspire BD 5600, LLC.
Transwestern executive vice president Shaun Dempsey represented the seller in the transaction.
Prior to the disposition, Transwestern provided agency leasing services for 5600 Professional Center. Since Transwestern assumed these responsibilities the property went from 65 percent leased to 100 percent leased.
