“I am so grateful Heather has agreed to be our state underwriter in Illinois,” Stewart Regional Underwriting Counsel for the Midwest Rolf Lindberg said in a release. “She has the right experience, knowledge and initiative to help develop Illinois into a shining star for Stewart. Sachs began her career at Stewart as a closing coordinator before working her way up to an escrow officer. She later joined the underwriting department in Chicago supporting the commercial services division, where she was responsible for underwriting on national projects in the areas of solar energy and high liability construction development, among others.
“I am very excited to begin the next chapter in my career,” she said. “August celebrates my 19th year at Stewart, and I am extremely proud to be part of a company that continues to present new opportunities to its family of employees.”
