MDSA is a design-oriented practice in New York City. We have a diverse portfolio, having completed a wide range of K-12 and higher ed, civic, healthcare, and commercial buildings for public and private clients.
We are seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager with a minimum of 8-14 years of experience in K-12 and/or College and University projects. Healthcare experience a plus, but not required. Candidates must have a professional degree. The candidate must be well organized, self-motivated and committed to all facets of building design and construction. The employee will be involved in all phases of work from code and zoning analysis, programming, schematic design, construction documents and construction administration. Experience in construction phase site observation & inspection reporting is a plus. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be well organized for working in an open studio environment. Strong graphic skills and software proficiency is required.
