Raritan Bay’s ‘first new luxury development’ in South Amboy is leasing


SOUTH AMBOY – The first phase of Station Bay, a $500 million redevelopment project off Radford Ferry Road next to the South Amboy train station downtown, has begun leasing, BNE Real Estate Group announced.

The community features a collection of 291 studio, one- and two-bedroom rentals surrounded by more than 37,000 square feet of amenities and services, according to BNE Real Estate Group.

“As the first new luxury development on the Raritan Bay, Station Bay provides an unparalleled lifestyle: its convenient transit-friendly location, waterfront setting, and state-of-the-art amenities create a living experience that’s on par with some of the top residential buildings in Manhattan,” Jonathan Schwartz, partner at BNE Real Estate Group, said in a statement. “We’re already seeing incredible interest and demand for this property, which is truly a one-of-a-kind offering in the area here is no better time to settle into Station Bay than right now.”

BNE Real Estate Group, a New Jersey-based real estate development firm, has launched leasing for Station Bay off Radford Ferry Road in South Amboy.

Residents of the development can enjoy generously appointed living spaces and condo-quality features inside every home, according to BNE, and select residences also offer private outdoor space and water views.

The community features a lobby lounge with coffee bar, multiple entertainment lounges, a fitness center with separate yoga and spin studios, a co-working lounge with private meeting rooms and a smart café, a multi-sport simulator, movie theater, arcade and game lounge, kid’s playroom, a pet spa, dog run, and more, BNE said.
