One Medical opens second Houston-area office in The Woodlands

One Medical, the membership-based primary care practice, opened a second Houston-area office in The Woodlands on Dec. 21, according to a news release from One Medical. The location will offer annual wellness visits, physical and mental health check-ins, chronic illness management and lab services. The 3,927-square-foot space will include nine exam rooms, a nurture room and a full-service walk-in lab, according to the release.

“We’re excited to bring One Medical’s mission to bring faster, easier and more enjoyable primary care for the whole family to a neighborhood with deep-rooted community values,” said Rekha Avirah, office medical director for One Medical in Houston, in the release. “We look forward to having another convenient option for Houstonians to prioritize their health and wellness.”

One Medical operates over 125 locations across the U.S. One Medical plans to continue to grow its Texas presence with additional Houston locations and expansion into Dallas in 2022, according to the release. www.onemedical.com
