What are our expectations of your knowledge, skills, and abilities?
- 2-5 years of experience in high end residential design applying California Residential Building Codes
- Working knowledge in BIM (Revit)/ Rhino/ Enscape
- Experience in all stages of putting together a compressive permit and construction documentation set
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Very detail oriented, organized and punctual
