Gulf Coast International Properties® lands highest sale in MLS for 2022

According to Southwest Florida Multiple Listing Service (MLS) statistics, 4444 Gordon Drive in Naples has recently been recorded as the highest sale to date, as of April 13, in MLS for 2022 with a sales price of $36,000,000. Andrew Arreola of Gulf Coast International Properties®, one of the top producers in greater Naples, initially represented the buyer on the $27,050,000 purchase in November 2021. The estate was then sold in April 2022 by the Gulf Coast International Properties top producing team of Andrew Arreola and Taylor Canada for $36,000,000.

Domain Realty Group closes sale in Royal Harbor

Austin T. Kellam. Realtor with Domain Realty Group closed on 2380 Kingfish Road for $15,450,000! This is almost double the highest sales price the community has ever seen. Previous highest sales price in the neighborhood was $8,700,000. Royal Harbor is growing rapidly with new construction on every street. With prices in the neighborhood soaring, we are still half the price of our neighbors across the Bay.

The property was acquired by First American Exchange Company, LLC, as Qualified Intermediary for Westlake Properties – Florida A, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, from Huntley Inc., a Florida Corporation. The property is located at 8590 HWY 441 SE, Okeechobee, FL. The deal was brokered by Hunter Ward.
