We seek a motivated, thoughtful, and detail-oriented candidate with minimum 10 years of experience including Construction Administration of new construction. This individual will serve as our on-site Technical Field Representative on a new construction project for a large institutional city organization. Previous experience with school construction is preferred. Candidates must be familiar with complex building construction drawings and details. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to coordination with in-office Architectural team, preparing meeting minutes, responding to RFIs, and daily on-site observations to ensure adherence to Contract Documents.
