The Town of San Felipe Council approved amendments to the Building Permit Ordinance and On-Site Sewage Ordinance during the regular meeting in the Town Hall Council Meeting Room last Tuesday, Jan. 11. The council also suggested future changes to the Building Permit Ordinance that could significantly impact the building/remodeling process for future developers and residents in the town.
