St. John Properties attracts two fast-casual restaurant concepts to Baltimore County

St. John Properties, Inc., a Baltimore-based full-service commercial real estate development and management company which has more than 22 million square feet of space across 10 states, has signed leases with two new fast-casual restaurants in the northern Baltimore County corridor.

Tacos Way Hunt Valley is scheduled to open within a 2,495 square foot space at Yorkridge Center North at 10540 York Road in December. Treva Ghattas of Murphy Commercial represented the client in this transaction. Quickway Japanese Hibachi intends to open early next year within Yorkridge Center South at 1830 York Road. Leonard Pick of Renaud Consulting represented the client, Seikou Management Group, LLC and Bill Holzman, Vice President of Retail Leasing for St. John Properties represented the landlord in both leases.

According to a representative with Tacos Way Hunt Valley, the restaurant will be configured as a “taqueria” and serve a variety of quesadillas, tacos, taco salads and other Mexican-food specialties and will employ approximately 10 employees. Overlooking York Road in the Cockeysville/Hunt Valley area of Baltimore County, 10540 York Road is a building containing nearly 10,000 square feet of inline retail space.

Quickway Japanese Hibachi will utilize a cooking style in which food items including steak, chicken, seafood and vegetables are cooked in a large, open bowl and seasoned with teriyaki and other specialty sauces. Yorkridge Center South is part of a three-building mixed-use business community containing more than 101,000 square feet of flex/R&D and retail space.
