Principal District and Sessions Judge inspects water logged Saraikela court premises

Seraikela, August 21: Principal District and Sessions Judge Vijay Kumar inspected the court premises on Sunday morning to take stock of water logged Saraikela Civil Court premises caused by unabated rainfall over the last couple of days. The District and Sessions Judge took immediate measures to clear the water logging by the departments concerned. Saraikela Bar Association Secretary Debasish Jyoti, Kedar Agarwal, Jalesh Kavi and Vice President Om Prakash along with other advocates, officers and employees of Municipal Corporation Seraikela, Building Construction and other related departments were present. The water logging problem was resolved through prompt action taken by the employees of the departments concerned.

The Pricipal District and Sessions Judge Vijay Kumar directed the workers of departments to ensure that the water logging problem did not recur. He said that all departments concerned should take note of his directives to prevent further water logging in the Civil Court premises.

 It may be mentioned that work is on to prevent further water accumulation in the Cour premises. Vijay Kumar directed that the work should be completed at the earliest and every measure should be undertaken to prevent recurrence of water logging in the Saraikela Civil Court premises.
