JRM Construction Performs Interior Office Work for BBX Capital

JRM Construction Management recently began performing an interior office build-out project for investment holding firm BBX Capital to construct the new offices of their real estate management arm, The Altman Companies. Since 1968, The Altman Companies has developed, constructed, acquired and managed over 26,000 multifamily homes through Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas and North Carolina.

The offices, which will comprise 6,900+ SF upon completion, will be located at The Main Las Olas. The
new space will include a modern reception area, open workstations, private offices, a wellness room, a
sample room and several state-of-the-art conference rooms. In addition, JRM is updating the common
corridor area and elevator lobby with a sleek new design.

“The Altman Companies has an extensive history of developing and operating luxury apartment homes,
with the quality of its buildings granting the firm a level of distinction and sophistication that sets it apart,” explained Adam Spitalnick, JRM Project Director. “That is the same level of excellence that JRM brings to this project, and we are eager to continue this work and provide office spaces that are befitting a company of this prestige.”

The project team consists of Stiles Architectural Group and MEP Engineer Barrett, Woodyard &
Associates, Inc.
