Hughenden Valley Surgery new prescription dispenser


A prescription dispenser, a garage conversion, and a sewage treatment plant are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Householder application for conversion of existing garage into habitable accommodation and fenestration alterations – 22/05105/FUL

Mr and Mrs Smith have submitted to Bucks Council plans for Coombe Lodge, Wendover Road, Butlers Cross.

The agent is Fidler Associates Ltd.

The couple are now awaiting a response from the council. 

Householder application for construction of front porch and single-storey side extension – 22/05106/FUL

Mr Steve Farrell has submitted plans for 11 Chapman Lane, Flackwell Heath.

Brickwork will match existing.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Installation of Medpoint Solo prescription collection machine and external alterations to Hughenden Valley Surgery – 22/05090/FUL

Mr Nabeel Asghar of Hughenden Pharmacy has submitted to the council an application for Hughenden Valley Surgery, Valley Road.

The agent is Miss Clare Burton, MI Design Consultant.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed independent sewage treatment plant with associated alterations and adjacent soak away chamber – 22/05079/CLP

Mr Dennis Hunt has submitted a planning application for Valley View Cottage, Winchbottom Lane, Flackwell Heath.

It is expected this application will be a Delegated Decision (officer).

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed single-storey side extension and construction of single-storey detached rear outbuilding for use as a gym/playroom – 22/05018/CLP

Mr Tony Puddifoot has submitted plans for 93 Boundary Road, Wooburn Green.

The agent is Cotswold Residential Design.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.
