Tabled: Rezoning and annexation request for more than 14 acres at Milacron Drive and Greenpond Road
Council tabled an annexation and rezoning request for 14.02 acres at Milacron Drive and Greenpond Road.
The applicant, Falcon Real Estate Development, plans to develop a mixed-use, single family subdivision consisting of 142 units, including:
- 25 detached
- More than 100 attached townhomes
This item will go before the city council for initial approval on Jan. 12.
Final Approval: Rezoning request for 3 acres on Tall Pines Road
Council gave final approval to a rezoning request for 3 acres on Tall Pines Road.
The applicant, David Popham of SPAR Transportation, plans to continue operating an automotive repair garage on the property.
Appointed: Clerk of Court
Council appointed Christy Jamerson as the city’s clerk of court. She has also served as Fountain Inn’s interim clerk of court.
