Nushratt said, “When the trailer of the film came out, I was being asked how and why I decided to do a film with an ensemble cast. It is not an ensemble film. It is a film led by one actor. The actor just happens to be female. During Janhit Mein Jaari trailer launch, I wondered what it will take. When today there is a woman headlining a film, why can’t it be called her film?”””

Actor Anushka Sharma is spending some quality time with cricketer, husband Virat Kohli. On Wednesday evening, Anushka took to her Instagram stories to share a photograph of herself and Virat chilling out together.
Looking at the photo,the popular couple seem to be on a vacation.
Earlier, Anushka and Virat were snapped at the Mumbai airport. When a cameraperson requested Virat for a photo, he politely declined saying, “We’ll be late, we’ll get the photo the next time.”
Anushka Sharma is currently busy preparing for her upcoming film Chakda Xpress, inspired by the life of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami. According to sources, Anushka started shooting for the movie on May 30.

Actor Taapsee Pannu on Wednesday penned an emotional note for Indian cricketer Mithali Raj, who announced her retirement from all forms of international cricket. Mithali Raj took to her Instagram account and shared a note, which read, “Today is the day I retire from all forms of international cricket.”
Taapsee, who will be playing Mithali Raj in her biopic Shabaash Mithu, took to Instagram and mentioned the cricketer’s achievements. She wrote and spoke about how she changed people’s perspective towards the game, and said, “Some personalities and their achievements are gender agnostic,”
Shabaash Mithu will release in theatres on July 15. The film marks Taapsee’s first theatrical release post her 2020 movie Thappad.

“Kangana Ranaut found herself in a sticky situation as she called Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al Baker (Baakar) an ‘idiot of a man’ after falling for a spoof video. Reacting to a parody that is going viral on social media, the Queen actor took to her Instagram story to criticise Baker for ‘bullying a poor man’.
A Twitter user named Vashudev had shared a video appealing to Indians to boycott Qatar Airways, after India received a massive diplomatic blowback for BJP leaders’ Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal’s derogatory remarks toward Prophet Muhammad. Another user then shared a video where he dubbed the interview of Qatar Airways’ chief. The dubbed video has Baker talking about the importance of Vashudev as an investor to them.”

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana‘s former colleague Jose Covaco (Ho-zay) looked back their MTV days, and said that he has ‘mad respect’ for Ayushmann, who gave a successful career in television up to follow his Bollywood dreams.
In an appearance on The Ranveer Show podcast, Jose recalled the day that Ayushmann told them that he’s going to give Bollywood a shot, without any kind of support from within the film industry

Jose said, “He’s meticulous, and he’s determined. Complete contrast to me. When we first started, VJ-ing days, in the same green room… This was 2009, more than 10 years ago, when he said, ‘Man, I’m going to do Bollywood’. I’m going to become an actor, and I’m going to do it’.””

The first action-packed trailer of Vidyut Jammwal film Khuda Haafiz: Chapter 2 Agnipariksha is out, and it promises to showcase the lead star in an avatar he is best known for — as an action star.
The over two-minute trailer sees Vidyut and his partner Nargis (played by Shivaleeka Oberoi) nursing the dream of bringing up a child, and soon they are blessed with an adopted daughter Nandini. However, Nandini gets kidnapped and Vidyut’s character decides to embrace his dark side.
The film also shows us a glimpse of the villain, essayed by the talented Sheeba Chaddha, who sinisterly orders her henchmen to mutilate the girl’s body in a disturbing scene.”
“Raj Kundra on Wednesday wished his wife, actor Shilpa Shetty on her 47th birthday. Raj returned to Twitter after months, and wrote a lovely message for his “soulmate.”
