Key International, a leading real estate development and investment firm, has completed a 42-suite expansion project at the award-winning Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort. The resort’s expansion includes the addition of a newly constructed wing comprising 42 suites, amplification of event spaces and extension of the oceanfront pool deck, among other upgraded design touches.
Situated just 10 minutes from the city’s historic downtown and adjacent to the iconic St. Augustine Pier at 300 A1A Beach Boulevard, the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort now offers 217 spacious suites. The newly added suites were created in line with the existing layout and design but offer unparalleled views of Anastasia State Park and the Atlantic Ocean due to their unique location. Additionally, the expansion debuts an upgraded premium layout option in two of the suites featuring ocean view balconies and private children’s room readied with bunks beds.

In line with the resort’s wide-ranging amenities and event options, the property was recognized with a Hospitality and Entertainment Award by The Urban Land Institute of North Florida, the region’s leading source on urban planning, growth and development, in its 2021 Awards for Excellence in Real Estate. With over 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space and a picturesque backdrop, event amenities include a 5,200 square-foot oceanfront ballroom with outdoor terraces, a sunrise event lawn and a waterfront space, complete with an infinity-style oceanfront pool and direct beach access.
