In everything we do, Martinkovic Milford Architects operates according to our core values:
We invest in each other with supportive, team-oriented culture; with a commitment of time and capital to education and training; and with mentorship to encourage and foster growth. We share how our peers have supported us in our weekly office meetings.
We are meritocratic. We hire and promote based on performance, attitude, talent, skill, support of our colleagues and embodiment of our values.
We demonstrate drive and hustle. We aren’t afraid to take on the right challenges, and we find meaning and satisfaction in doing quality work with good people.
We focus on engaging with quality clients with whom we can build lasting and meaningful relationships.
We see our diverse project types as a means for our employees to gain deep experience in one particular type or gain a wide array of experience with different project types. Our projects include hospitality-driven medical offices for next-generation practices, commercial interior and ground-up design, and high-end single family residential projects. Recent and current projects include multiple sites for a next-generation women’s health clinic, a commercial farm-to-restaurant development in Hudson Valley, NY, and a modern home renovation in Noe Valley.
