The 21st Building Remodeling and Energy Expo will bring 78 vendors to the Sequim High School on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 17-18.
The expo hosted by the North Peninsula Building Association will be from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday at the high school, 601 N. Sequim Ave.
Admission is free.
“It’s the largest building expo in Clallam County and west of the Hood Canal Bridge,” Executive Director Diana Johnson said. “It’s a great opportunity to talk to your local builders and associates face to face, all under one roof.”
A variety of demonstrations and workshops are planned both days of the expo.
They are:
Saturday, Feb. 17
• 10:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. — “Lower Heating Cost; Ductless and Inverter Heat Pumps” by Air Flo Heating.
• 11:15 to Noon — “Spin Your Meter Backwards with Solar,” by Power Trip Energy.
• 12:15 to 1 p.m. — “Home Energy Use and How to Mange Your Energy Cost,” by Clallam County Public Utility District.
• 1:15 to 2 p.m. — “How to Select a Builder,” by Estes Builders.
• 2:15 p.m. to 3 p.m. — Master Composters.
Sunday, Feb. 18
• 10:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Color Throughout the Yea”, ” by Doug Cockburn, certified horticultural professional.
• 11:15 to Noon — “Spin Your Meter Backwards with Solar,” by Power Trip Energy.
• 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m. — “Ductless Heat Pumps: Everything You Need to Know,” by All Weather Heating & Cooling.
• 1:15 p.m. to 2 p.m. — Bliemeisters’ Wood Works.
