20 things you don’t know about Capital Region real estate agents

The Capital Region is home to more than 4,000 licensed real estate agents, according to The Greater Capital Association of Realtors. The agents are especially busy this spring as demand for homes outpaces supply.

In March off 2022 local agents logged 14,907 showings. In March 2020 — on the cusp of the pandemic — that number was closer to 12,000 showings.

Get to know a little more about a half-dozen agents in the area who have been featured in the Times Union’s “20 things you don’t know about me.”

Have someone you’d like to nominate for 20 things? Send an email sharing a little bit about the person, as well as their contact info, to kbarlette@timesunion.com.
